Anne grew up in southwest Iowa, so she knows Glenwood and the surrounding towns the way only a local can: which streets flood after a hard rain, which neighborhoods hold their value, and how a 7 a.m. commute to Omaha actually feels.
She graduated from Creighton University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Entrepreneurship, and held her Nebraska real estate license while still in college. In 2004 she came back to Iowa to work in the family business, Jim Hughes Real Estate, where she has been helping buyers and sellers ever since.
